Not too long ago, the NASH Illustrators were featured on the PBS show, Arts Break, and we couldn’t be more excited about it!
The show, according to PBS, is “Nashville’s weekly window to the arts” and is presented by WNPT. Each episode takes a brief look at the creative fires being lit around the city and neighboring areas. The NASH Illustrators episode, number 66, delves into the reasons why Tina organized the group and the reasons why we continue to meet up month after month.

A lot of us work independently and so we benefit greatly by discussing our work, seeing where improvements can be made, and offering a space where every style can be celebrated – regardless of skill. Arts Break does a great job of breaking this down.
The NASH Illustrators want to give a big thanks to our fellow illustrator Jim Elston as well as PBS Associate Producer Charlie Crump for taking the time to get this special gathering and filming together. We can’t wait to showcase all of the work we’ve been creating in the future!
In addition to the PBS site, you can also view the episode on YouTube. See you there!
