Our recent NASH Illustrators potluck event emphasizes something many of us need during the holidays – a break! A lot of us work multiple jobs, one being art, and others are full-time artists or students absorbing plenty of commissions and embarking on large-scale projects. It is pretty easy to get caught up in all of the admin, planning, and actual execution of these things.
Granted, all of these aspects of the professional process are necessary to get the ball rolling but what about taking time to recharge and enjoy good company? That is what we wanted to focus on with our potluck. This time of year is perfect for celebrating what makes the NASH Illustrators special. In addition to sharing good food, we also swapped original art.
